Use the service lawfully
Do not use 82Leads to violate law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, contractual restrictions, sanctions, or industry-specific obligations. Do not upload sensitive data unless the service and your agreement explicitly support it.
No harmful or deceptive activity
Do not distribute malware, phishing, impersonation, fraudulent offers, harassment, hate, threats, or materially misleading claims. Do not attempt to bypass security, quotas, suppression controls, authentication, or workspace boundaries.
No abusive automation
Do not scrape or contact people in ways prohibited by a site, provider, or applicable law. Do not purchase unverified lists, obscure sender identity, rotate accounts to evade limits, or continue contacting recipients who opted out or hard-bounced.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse, pause campaigns, restrict integrations, preserve relevant audit information, or suspend access. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination and may be reported when legally required.
