Terms of Service

1. The service

82Leads is operated by 82 Marketing LLC, 8 The Green, STE A, Dover, DE 19901, United States. These terms govern your use of 82leads.com.

82Leads provides lead research, contact management, email preparation, campaign automation, and reporting tools. Features may change as the product develops. You remain responsible for reviewing generated content and deciding when and whom to contact.

2. Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials, and promptly remove access for people who no longer belong to your organization. The organization owner controls billing and may grant teammates access to shared workspaces.

3. Trial, subscriptions, and third-party costs

New organization owners may receive a seven-day trial without providing a payment card. A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew at the price and frequency shown at checkout until canceled. Cancel through Plan & billing; cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access continues until the current period ends. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Contact support about duplicate or incorrect charges. Material price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before renewal. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Gemini, email providers, CRMs, and other connected services are separate services. Their fees, limits, terms, and availability are your responsibility and are not included in the 82Leads subscription unless explicitly stated.

4. Your data and content

You retain rights to the customer data and content you submit. You authorize us to process that data only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You must have a lawful basis to upload and use personal data.

5. Responsible outreach

You must follow the Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam policies, honor opt-outs promptly, and comply with privacy, advertising, and electronic communications laws that apply to your audience. You may not use the service to send deceptive, unlawful, or abusive messages.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, third-party service failures, or decisions based solely on AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access when required to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, or address unpaid subscriptions. You may stop using the service at any time and can request export or deletion through the available workspace controls or support channel.
