How account, workspace, prospect, and operational information is handled.

Who operates the service
82 Marketing LLC, 8 The Green, STE A, Dover, DE 19901, United States, operates 82Leads. We act as controller for account, billing, security, and service administration data. For prospect and contact data processed on a customer’s instructions, the customer determines the purpose and lawful basis and we act as a service provider or processor. Information we process
We process account identity, organization membership, workspace configuration, prospect and contact records, campaign activity, email events, support communications, security logs, and billing entitlement information. API and SMTP credentials are encrypted and are not returned to the browser after storage.
Why we process it
Information is used to provide requested features, secure accounts, enforce plans and limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, support privacy requests, and meet legal obligations. Where required, customers are responsible for identifying an appropriate lawful basis for prospect data they upload or discover.
Service providers
The service relies on Google Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure, RevenueCat and its configured payment provider for subscriptions, Google Gemini for included AI where offered, and customer-selected AI and email providers. Research prompts and relevant prospect information are sent to the configured AI provider; email content and recipients are sent to the configured sending provider. We do not sell prospect records or use customer contact lists to market another customer’s services. Connected services process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Cookies and analytics
Essential browser storage supports sign-in, security, workspace preferences, and billing. Optional analytics runs only after consent, where requested. You can change analytics consent using the website consent control. Declining optional analytics does not prevent using the service.
Retention and deletion
Workspace administrators can configure retention for operational history and can inventory, export, or erase records associated with an email address. Leads, contacts, profiles, and campaign definitions are not automatically deleted by operational retention settings. Limited suppression hashes may be retained to prevent accidental re-contact.
Security
We use tenant-scoped authorization, encrypted credential storage, server-side provider access, audit events, and configurable authentication controls. No system can guarantee absolute security; customers should use least-privilege access and rotate exposed credentials promptly.
Your choices and rights
Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or erase personal information. Requests can be sent to hello@82marketing.com. We may need to verify identity and authority before completing a request.
International use and updates
Information may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. We may update this notice as the product or legal requirements change and will publish the revised date here.
