Who operates the service

82 Marketing LLC, 8 The Green, STE A, Dover, DE 19901, United States, operates 82Leads. We act as controller for account, billing, security, and service administration data. For prospect and contact data processed on a customer’s instructions, the customer determines the purpose and lawful basis and we act as a service provider or processor. Information we process

We process account identity, organization membership, workspace configuration, prospect and contact records, campaign activity, email events, support communications, security logs, and billing entitlement information. API and SMTP credentials are encrypted and are not returned to the browser after storage.

Why we process it

Information is used to provide requested features, secure accounts, enforce plans and limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, support privacy requests, and meet legal obligations. Where required, customers are responsible for identifying an appropriate lawful basis for prospect data they upload or discover.

Service providers

The service relies on Google Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure, RevenueCat and its configured payment provider for subscriptions, Google Gemini for included AI where offered, and customer-selected AI and email providers. Research prompts and relevant prospect information are sent to the configured AI provider; email content and recipients are sent to the configured sending provider. We do not sell prospect records or use customer contact lists to market another customer’s services. Connected services process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Google sign-in and retired Gmail connections

Signing in with Google provides basic account information, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, to authenticate and display your 82Leads account. Google sign-in remains available. The separate Gmail mailbox connection has been retired: 82Leads no longer offers Gmail OAuth authorization or sends through the Gmail API.

The former Gmail connection requested openid and email to identify a verified sender address, plus gmail.send for messages authorized through a workspace. Sending submitted the chosen recipients, subject, and message content to the Gmail API and retained the returned message identifier with sending records. The connection did not request permission to read inboxes, retrieve existing messages or contacts, manage Gmail drafts, or delete mail, and did not provide Gmail reply, open, click, or bounce tracking.

Previously saved mailbox addresses and encrypted refresh tokens may remain in workspace connection records until removed using the controls below. These credentials are no longer used for Gmail sending. OAuth credentials are not returned to the browser or included in AI prompts. Google account information and historical sending records are processed using our Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure and remain subject to the restrictions and retention controls in this notice.

Google user data: Limited Use and AI

82Leads complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including their Limited Use requirements, when using or transferring Google user data. This commitment covers raw data and information aggregated or derived from it.

We do not use, sell, or transfer Google user data to create, train, or improve foundational or general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, or creditworthiness decisions, or sell it to data brokers.

82Leads uses Google Gemini 3.8 Flash (model identifier: gemini-3.8-flash) for business research, lead analysis, and draft generation based on workspace instructions and supplied prospect information. The same model is used for included AI credits and when you connect your own Gemini API key. Research may use Google Search grounding to obtain public web information. Google processes these AI inputs under the terms applicable to the Gemini API account used for the request.

The former Gmail connection did not retrieve mailbox content for AI processing. Google account details, OAuth tokens, and historical Gmail API response data are not supplied to these AI operations. Separately configured SendGrid Inbound Parse can provide reply subjects and message text to Gemini 3.8 Flash for reply classification using the customer's connected Gemini API key; that feature does not read Gmail through Google OAuth.

Use and sharing of Google user data are limited to the features you authorize, necessary security purposes, and applicable legal requirements. Human access is limited to your explicit permission for specific data, necessary security or legal purposes, or anonymized and aggregated internal operations permitted by Google's policy. These Google-specific restrictions also apply where our general service-provider disclosures describe broader processing.

Removing a saved Google connection and deleting data

If a workspace has a saved Google mailbox connection, an administrator can select Remove saved Google connection in Setup → Email & brand → Connections. This removes the saved mailbox address and refresh token from that workspace connection. Removing the saved connection does not revoke the grant in your Google Account; you can revoke 82Leads access separately from your Google Account connections page. A message submitted to Google before retirement may still be delivered.

Retiring the connection or removing its saved credentials does not delete messages already sent, your 82Leads sign-in account, or existing workspace campaign and sending records. Those records remain subject to the retention and deletion controls described below. The Google-specific data-use restrictions above continue to apply to retained data. Contact hello@82marketing.com to request deletion of connected-account data or assistance with revoking access.

Manage Google Account connections

Cookies and analytics

Essential browser storage supports sign-in, security, workspace preferences, and billing. Optional analytics runs only after consent, where requested. You can change analytics consent using the website consent control. Declining optional analytics does not prevent using the service.

Retention and deletion

Workspace administrators can configure retention for operational history and can inventory, export, or erase records associated with an email address. Leads, contacts, profiles, and campaign definitions are not automatically deleted by operational retention settings. Limited suppression hashes may be retained to prevent accidental re-contact.

Security

We use tenant-scoped authorization, encrypted credential storage, server-side provider access, audit events, and configurable authentication controls. No system can guarantee absolute security; customers should use least-privilege access and rotate exposed credentials promptly.

Your choices and rights

Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or erase personal information. Requests can be sent to hello@82marketing.com. We may need to verify identity and authority before completing a request.

International use and updates

Information may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. We may update this notice as the product or legal requirements change and will publish the revised date here.
